ADC2 is Aide de Camp 2 a computer playing aid for boardgames by HPS. It basically allows you to play a boardgame on the computer and since you can save the turn you don't have to keep the thing set up somewhere which in my case with three cats roaming the house is impossible. It also can be used to pbem boardgames. Some companies have created game sets for their boardgames. There is also a site that provides free downloads of sets people have made for many boardgames.
Since it has a FOW capability that allows you to set sighting distances we use it in my minatures group for strategic movement. When we get into a battle we just save the game on the current strategic turn and go to the table.
