I play it but I'm waiting for the next patch to come out in a few weeks' time before trying another campaign.

For a full campaign it has some very interesting additions - no forming divisions until October '61 which will make for some chaotic fighting; land-based depots are cheaper to build which will aid the CSA I think; USA is under very heavy pressure to attack Richmond in '61 and '62 or lose victory points and national morale, which will balance the game towards the CSA.
