Sir, I seem to have an opening on my dance card. HPS Franklin sounds interesting. Which scenerio? As for optional rules, I will stand fast on phased play as a must. Usually I play with all optional rules on but if you have strong feelings one way or another, make an offer. I await your offer. Send a courier to my HQ and we can finalize terms.
