I'm a pretty new out of the VMI  and am looking for a Federal opponent for the (battleground: Bull Run) historical Second Battle of Bull Run (August 28-30 '62).... I can dish out usually at least 3 or 4 turns a week...rules are negotiable, as I am fairly new and don't really know what the "standard" is...
