Greetings Sir. This memo is to report the start and finish of a very quickly played contest.

American: Major Gene Nix, Swamp Fox Legion
British: PVT Earle Cooke, 7th (Royal Fusiliers) Regiment of Foot, 1st Bde, British Right Wing

Scenario: Cpn 1776: Cowpens_a; 12 turns (all turns played)
Started: 17 Feb 2020; Completed: 19 Feb 2020
Result: British Minor Defeat

PVT Cooke held his command firmly in line despite taking more casualties, and astutely avoided repeating the mistakes that led to British disaster in 1777.

Result: American Major Victory, 22 turns

The British advanced boldly into a hastily but heavily reinforced American line east of Brandywine Creek. A big salute to Pvt Earle Cooke on his determined efforts - somebody promote this gentleman!
