It seems that a British spy has fouled & crashed the drive containing 1776/1812. (Happily a non-viral cause.) I hope to get it all resolved in the next day or two. To be on the safe side, perhaps my opponents could resend the most current file(s) in their possesion? Thanks in advance, Cpt. Mike Cox NJM |

Spy? British spy? Why, sir, back when the spy service was young, we didn't have such folderol as hard drives AND WE LIKED IT. We didn't have 'puters AND WE LIKED IT! Thanks to my opponents for their patience. The problem is deeper than originally thought. I am back with 1776 v 1.05. 1812 may be a few more days (sooner rather than later I hope!) One favor needed from somebody: v1.04 of 1776 so I can continue my game with Dierk Walter. The drive died again and I had my only copy of the patch there. Thanks for any help. Mike |
