Gentlemen, I have the honor to announce that, on recommendation of the Club Cabinet, the Colonial Commander-in-Chief, Maj. David O'Connor, has bestowed upon the former CCC Secretary of War, Lt. Col. Rich Hamilton, in recognition of the enormous services he has rendered the club and the Colonial army, one the three highest decorations the Colonial army can award, the Order of Franklin. - Salute - Maj. Walter 4th Regiment "King's Own", RNAC for the Award Center |
