The Continental Congress has seen fit to issue one promotion, retroactive to January 31. The newly appointed Deputy Department Caommander of the Northern Department of the Continental Army (very similar to the Under-Assistant West Coast Promotion Man.) , Gary McClellan has been promoted to Sergeant. It had better stiffen, I don't see how it can get much more porous... oi! Oh well, the clock is ticking, and the rest of the Continental Army is on the road!
