On behalf of the Congress, I am pleased to announce the following two promotions, both to Departmental Commanders: Gary McClellan, Northern Dept., promoted to Ensign. Still can't get into the Officers Club, but he is whipping us into shape. Congratulations. As a side note, the Northern Department has been getting a sleek renovation. Al Amos, 1812 Regulars, promoted to Lt. Colonel. Major O'Connor sends his regards with his congratulations. A well deserved recognition for one of the most prolific scenario designers around. Good work both. Having recently sacked York, I find I am flush with cash. Bar is open. Drink up. 15 minutes. (They were Canadian dollars). <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> Maj. Congrats, two very deserving individuals. Some dumb Tory tacked some prommisory notes to a tree, the reverse side had some jibberish written on it, but no matter, I have cashed in the notes, so when those Canadian dollars run out, we can drink a while longer.
