At the risk of sounding maudlin, just thought I'd say something. The thought hit me as I was working on the Northern Department pages.

I have to say that of the clubs I'm in that this is my favorite, not because of the topic, because then it would be the NWC, but because of the warmth and camaradirie here. I've only been a member a hair over 6 months, but you've never made like a "newbie", but even more, you have made me feel I belong, and for that I wish to thank you.

Now, that is out of my system, back to my preferred pastime of shooting at lobsters

That's you Gary, not the club ... you are such a nice, friendly fellow! And besides, everyone named McClellan deserves a little kindness ... as consolation.

Besides, if one is a newbie with 6 months in the club, than I am just twice a newbie.

I wish I had a beer in front of me 'cos then there would be a tear in my beer.

I can't type...just too... cjoked up.

Ahh well, perhaps we could use a bit of Eugene's style or B. of the Vth's bluster, (actually we have the Natty one, a cut above?) but it is a good group here.

Of course, now my blood is up, better go see if I can stop the bleeding against the powedered one.
