There is a wig sale on at the British Commissary. Those that have been in the club since its inception can save 50 percent off while British members can save 25 percent off. If you are both of the above then you get the wig for 66 percent off. It comes with its own case and comb. You can carry it with you for those formal affairs or keep it in your saddle bags for campaigning. Those that buy the wig today get an additional 10 percent off. On top of that (pun) there is a deal on canes. The Tory Cane is only 20 shillings at the Commissary and the Tarleton Cape is 50 shillings (made of genuine silk). A real deal Brits! Those that buy the cape, wig and cane today get the entire package at half off. Add in a new hat that Phil has devised for the occaision (conical) at 45 shillings and you have the complete package! Crown officer-ware for the dashing gentleman of the British army. If Hessians buy the set before the weekend they can charge the British an additional 25 percent for this month only. Toss in the powder for the wig (5 shillings) and you are the total officer. Mounted on your steed with wig, cane, powder, cape and conical hat (which Colonists call a Dunce Cap) you will spread terror through the Continental army! Try it and see the effect!
