With the weather in the state that it is and the difficulty in getting runners through, I would like to announce the breveting [?]of Bill Peters to Lt. Colonel. Pending confirmation from Lt. Col. And its a good thing that someone else other than me tracks those points or I would still be a Private otherwise! Hmm, 1 + 1 = 0, 2 + 1 = 0. Something like that! Thanks HQ. Looking forward to the official rank. Will wear them proudly in any case. |
