On behalf of the Continental Congress, I am pleased to announce that

<b>Gary McClellan</b>, Commander of the American Grand Army (also known as the Northern Department), to Lt. Colonel.

A hard working promotion at that. I show that gary has been at it since late 2001.

Gary, Despite you being on the wrong side, I have arranged for a fifty musket salute, You will just have to come within 50 yards to get the full effect... Nice job.
