Gentlemen, I hereby announce that, on behalf of the Continental Congress, and on recommendation of the club cabinet, the new Colonial Commmander-in-Chief, Colonel Mike Cox, has seen fit to bestow upon the outgoing Commander-in-Chief, <b><font color="yellow">Lt.
