To All,

If anyone was upset or felt offended by my <u>In Clear Breach of the Rules</u> topic, I am truly sorry.

I love this club and the members (not in any funny way! hehehe) and only was stirring the pot a little.

My feathers were not ruffled! I was actually hoping the <font color="orange"><u>'Hudson Valley Mohawks' </u></font id="orange">would send me a challenge! I think I used wrong topic choice too.

So again, I am sorry if anyone has taken offence. Just having a little fun.[:D] I think I need a few more happy faces.

I think it was taken as tongue in cheek by most.

<b>But</b> you raised a valid topic. I for one hated the thought that any Mohawks would be associated with the American rabble. By the planets! The Mohawks were one of the few allies we had in the big one. By 1781 we were fighting the French, rebel Yankees, Dutch, Spanish and the Baltics and Russia declared "armed neutrality", (whatever the hell <b>that</b> means.) We had troops fighting in Canada, North America, the Sugar Islands, Africa and India... where the largest land battle occurred during the war by the by. So, giving the rebels a force of Mohawks does not sit well with our dinners. I for one thank you from the bottom of me heart for taking someone to task for the travesty.

Sorry a bit crabby at 5:30 in the AM and an email box full of headache.

Re reading the post I saw the humor. None the less, Bill has taken command of the 2nd Massachusetts Line and will be bashing Germans at Saratoga, Freeman's Farm and Bemis Heights.
