Well done sir. Naturally I am against promotion by merit as a principle. But there can be no harm in making an exception in exceptional circumstances,What. I'll add that the Headquarters is looking dashed smart Sir[:)]. Jolly good show all round, and a crate of contraband for the General[:D]. |
