Post subject:  Rich Hamilton is Awarded a Medal
By the authority invested in me as the Commanding Officer of the Colonial Campaigns Club Training Department, I hereby announce the awarding of The Distinguished Service Medal for the Training Department to Rich Hamilton.

The Distinguished Service Medal for the Training Department is awarded to a trainer upon the successful completion of training ten recruits. Rich is the third trainer so honored, and the first from the Indian Alliance. His medal can be seen on the Trainers Hall of Fame page.

Congratulations Rich, and thank you for everything you have done. It is also worthy of note that it was Rich Hamilton that started the Training Department in May of 2001. Rich started modestly with four trainers. In the past two years that number has grown to eleven, and to date, 82 members of the club have been trained.

Let me see if I can find you an honorary "I got massacred at Cowpens by my trainer" button to wear on your tunic. I've got mine right here on my catridge box sling. ;)
