<center><font face="Trebuchet MS"> By His Excellency, Major General Viscount Walter of Bladensburg, Commander-in-Chief, British Armies in America To <font color="yellow"><b>Dean Beecham</b></font id="yellow">, Sergeant in the 82nd (Duke of Hamilton's) Regiment of Foot Reposing full confidence in your loyalty, courage and good conduct, I do hereby constitute and appoint you, during pleasure, to be <b><font color="yellow">Ensign</font id="yellow"></b> in the 82nd Regiment of Foot, taking rank and precedence from the present day. You are, therefore, carefully and diligently to discharge the duty of ensign by exercising and well disciplining the inferior officers and men of the said regiment, and I do hereby command them to obey you as their ensign, and you are to observe and follow all such orders and directions as you shall from time to time receive from me or your superior officers, according to law. Guys, do you remember when we sounded just like Dean after we got our first few promotions? (silence follows) Ah yes, the nice humble gulping after we had gotten our first few promotions and had been publically acknowledged? Like we were going to have to carry the army on our own shoulders ... Congrats Dean. Couldnt have happened to a nicer guy. Here's to continued success for our new Ensign - in Maneuver games that is!
