Gentlemen of the CCC Tavern, It is my great pleasure to announce that <font color="blue"><b>Monsieur Mark Brien</b></font id="blue">, having passed through his training as a soldat/cadet with full honors, has been promoted to the rank of <font color="blue"><b>Caporal</b></font id="blue"> and assigned to <font color="blue"><b>La Regiment du Royal-Roussillon </b></font id="blue">in <font color="blue"><b>Brigade Royal-Roussillon</b> </font id="blue">in His Most Christian Majesty's Army of Canada.
