Alright you Anglofiles, here's a question for you. The 1st company of infantry battalions was known by the Colonel's name. Since General Cornwallis owned the 33rd Rgt. of Foot (1766.03.21 Gen. Charles (Cornwallis), 1st Marquess Cornwallis, KG), should I call the Colonel's company 'Colonel Cornwallis Company' or 'General Cornwallis Company'? BTW, the title used in the game would be abbrievated, so it would either be ... Col Cornwallis' Coy or, Gen Cornwallis' Coy |
