All, I will be getting a new CCC training center up and running in the next few weeks. This will serve as a central location for ALL new members to pass through and receive some basic info before being assigned to their regular units. Unlike the other clubs, there will not be a mandatory game here, but rather a "tour" of the club site, the resources avaialable to players, and an experianced player being made available to answer any questions there might be. If a person does wish to play a game, that will also be available to them. So, with all that said, I am looking for 4 volunteers from the "verterans". I need 2 from each side to fill the staff. As you can see from my description above, this won't be a labor intensive post, as most players that come here are BG players and they won't take too much to get rolling. If at all possible I would like 2 people who do not currently hold another club admin post. I ask this for 2 reasons. 1) to hopefully get more people involved in the running of the club, and 2) because I don't want the guys holding current staff positions to burn out! Boy, do I need the training! I am still trying to figure out how british infantry can have an equal # of American inf to its front, while 100's of American cavalry hit the brit inf in the rear, and all of the Americans go running! Guys, I have had "0" replies on this request for help...isn't there anyone who is willing to put a little effort into helping their fellow gamers get up to speed? I know Garry, Ernie, Sean, Tim and others will do it if I ask them, but I would really like to see a few of the other guys get into this. These people already carry an admin load within the CCC and the other clubs. There will be admin points awared for the work, and since most of our members are old BG gamers, the work shouldn't be that hard. Plus we already have help guides made up to assit in the work...
