Gentlemen, I have the pleasure to announce that, on behalf of the Continental Congress, and on recommendation of the club cabinet, the Colonial Commmander-in-Chief, Maj. General Lucas Kling, has seen fit to bestow upon his predecessor, and now commander of the Grand Army, <b><font color="yellow">Brig.
