Would like to play HPS Austerlitz scenario #23A ("The Battle of the Four Monarchs", 66 turns) as a mult-player game. I myself would command the Prussian Army (41,700 men). Furthermore, we would need 2 more players for the Allied side and 2 players for French side:

Allied Side:

(1) Russian and Austrian Headquarters (140 men), Russian/Austrian Center Wing (20,500 men), Army Advance Guard (13,700 men) and Imperial Russian Guard (6,400 men).

(2) Russian/Austrian Left Wing (35,500 men)

French Side:

(1) Emperor's Household/French headquarters (100 men), Res. Cavalry (7,200 men), I Corps (10,900 men), V Corps (18,000 men), Imperial Guard (10,100 men), Grand Artillery Park (70 men).

(2) French III Corps (25,700 men) and IV Corps (25,200 men).

Certain rules regarding communication between the players will be in effect, details to be discussed.

Optional Rules: My suggestion would be to tick all optional rules EXCEPT: Manual Defensive Fire, Rout Limiting, Optional Fire Results, Partial Retreats, Optional Melee Results, Multiple Cavalry Melees, Multiple Infantry Melees.

If interested, please send courier to lutzgschmidt@yahoo.de.

Gentlemen,

I'd be happy to command the Russian troops, if Jim (as a senior Allied officer) is agree with that.
But for much more historicity and realism, I'd suggest to change in PDT file the hex capacity for Inf.= 1200 max., for Cav.= 200 max, and to increase the Cav. hit from 5 till 7 - for Cav. could do something more than to hunt each other, skirmishers and trains only. My division team play the Jena Campaign with that PDT redaction - it is great! [^]
