Wavre, Twin Battles, Chatelet, Jena-Auerstadt, or from the BG series- Waterloo or PTW- Twin Battles.

True, your Hanoverian friends do enjoy stirring up trouble and will be dealt with in their own time.

However, I feel obligated to point out that it was you and your fellow Prussians who thought it wise to place a bounty upon me. I merely wish to help as many of your fine officers attempt to collect as I can.

Best of luck, Herr Ludwig! Marechal Bardon is a very competent opponent in my experience. I do so admire your courage. :wink:

Now, please do not consider yourself alone in this endeavor. I am currently engaged against Marechal Bardon myself. Also against Marechal’s Corbin and Jensen. In addition, I have promised GdD Knox to meet him on the field again later this year. I have, in fact, defeated Marechal Corbin in the past and, like every Allied officer with only one exception, been defeated in turn by GdD Knox. I think all of this does qualify me for spending time within the deadly crosshairs of these finest of French officers. How did this happen you ask? Very simple, I often talk too much. As such, I am frequently challenged for the honor of France which I am very quick to denigrate. :o

Now, you may be asking yourself how you arrived in this same predicament. I am guessing that placing a bounty upon the heads of these esteemed Frenchmen had something to do with it; also the immediate and prolonged pursuit of GdD Knox in the Forum by Oberst Peters. Colin was occupied at the moment; Jeff seemingly has some time; both will consistently rise to the defense of their beloved Empire as they are most fanatical in their cause. John has so many duties that I honestly don’t know how he even manages to find time to play. As I have pointed out in a recent posting, these three seem inseparable and fanatically loyal to their lost cause. Be that as it may, they are not the type of officers to flee a challenge. More to the point, they are all very prone to turn and fight. :twisted:

I salute you, General Ludwig, for rising to the defense of our cause and wish you the very best in your pending battle! Give ‘em Hell and, if you should fall in the attempt, try to hit something vital on your way down. 8)

(OK, I readily admit that I am a smarta$$ Hanoverian. Guilty as charged. Unfortunately for the French, and perhaps everyone else involved, “The Rat” Clawson seems to be cut from the very same cloth.) :mrgreen:

Good to see as promised Marechal Bardon will skewer a few hapless Prussians in my absence. Not that he needs me. General Ludwig I will wager this game is a massacre. The commander of our Old Guard is a fearsome opponent.

Colonel Jones your stirring is welcome sir you have added life to our tavern despite your rather dowdy appearance like your friend the RAT.

As for me I am engrossed at Borodino with FML Lucky Jim Hall. I expect it to be a long and hard fight vs this famous officer.

I have never played Wavre so that would be my first choice. Other than that how about Austerlitz?

Cannot play anything TOO large.

Can it be true? Are there really only 3 Prussians?

Jeff - How many Prussians do you want to fight at the same time? All of them......??? :shock: :shock: :shock:

Cliff - I take it that you mean that Scott and Stefan were former French officers. I knew that Bill had been. Scott may have also metioned that to me at one ponit in the past. I have never yet had the pleasure of meeting Stefan.

I any case, another round of drinks on the Hanoverians for three, brave Prussian officers! I was already impressed with their collective courage, but now am even further impressed by their sagelike wisdom to recognize the futility of the lost French cause and join an army that will ultimately emerge victorious. :wink: :wink: :wink:

Oui mon ami one was my commanders now they Command the Prussi Army! Can't wait to met them at Jena, Scott bailed on me do to pressing demeans in the other club.

Unfortunately, Scott does not have the time right now to take on a battle, so it is only 2 Prussians at this point. The good news is that I have some time available for another Prussian, should one of those mythical beings make an appearance.

Otherwise, I might have to take on an ..... (gasp) ..... Hanoverian. :mrgreen:
