An excellent choice, Ian. That is the very same battle that we chose for our Hanoverian Brigade Challenge. Perhaps one of the energetic Frenchmen who are now opposing us would be interested in facing you one-on-one on this field. I might suggest that you send a message to the French Capitaine Bill Reaves. He has assumed the leadership of his French brothers against us upon the sudden, and still unexplained, disappearance of the French General Cox. I am most impressed with Capitaine Reaves initiative and leadership. He is an honorable officer and I recommend him to you as potential adversary for you in this engagement.

I would also add that, if anyone knows what has happened to Mike Cox, I would be glad to hear. He is also a very fine officer with whom I have lost touch. I personally would like to know that he remains well, as our loss of contact was sudden. Such things always tend to worry me.

Well, I am a green Sous Lieutenant in the club and recently posted a request for an allied opponent without any success so far. Green in the club but have some experience playing those HPS games.
If Cne Bill Reaves is busy I am ready to play you.
2 turns per week is fine to me... even a bit more :) _ I am very committed at sending my turns.
If interested let me know : lelievrest@wanadoo.fr
