Looking for an opponent ... I will play either side. This is a big scenario... French reinforced by St.Cyr and Lobau... helps to even it out a bit. Would like to try to get further than just half of Day 1! Talk soon! |

Wow, big commitment! For those multi-day scenarios, it might be a good idea to have a referee who can have the PBEM passwords and skip the night turns for both sides. This would speed up the scenario and make them more realistic, as there would be no fighting at night. Let me know if you need help with this. PS I'm wondering what the exit zones mean: "Both players will eventually exit their entire army from the map." Could the Allied armies simply dash toward the exit zones, leaving a rearguard to delay the French? PSS would love to try it against a committed veteran but probably wont be able to start for another ~4-5 weeks. |

Hi Tim, I’m afraid I only have availability for a small scenario at this stage, as I own large games to multiple opponents lined up and waiting for me. Perhaps we could start with a small-to-medium scenario to get acquainted and ensure we ok with each other’s tactical styles, optional rules, and any house rules (for example I suggest not to deploy artillery in obstructed terrain), as well as the pace of turns before tackling a major scenario of a size like Leipzig? I have all titles and have no preferences on the side or title. My preference for the optional rule can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=17507 |
