I have been out of circulation (for a year) and am looking for a game to get me back in the swing of things. I have Waterloo, PTW and NIR. I can reply to 2-3 turns a week. I tried to get the first turn done forf the Quatra Bras game, but I keep getting a writing error when I advance the phase. Any thoughts? As for the Borodino game, we can give it a try. Or the files somehow have become corrupted. Here are some suggestions: Install the game using the TYPICAL option. Download the upgrade from: http://www.hc-llc.net/games/patches.html Download the 32 bit upgrades from: http://fly.hiwaay.net/~tiller/html/program.html Place the upgrades in the MAIN BGBR (or whatever BG series you are upgrading) folder and UNZIP the BGBR Upgrade first. Then do the Tiller 32 bit upgrades. Follow the instructions from the upgrades. I think my problem was occuring because I reciently added a CD read write drive to my system. I was attempting to play the game using my new drive (because the old cd drive is showing it's age), when I loaded the came from the old drive it worked (though much noisier).
