In case you folks didn't know: if you bought a book directly from Amazon (not a book dealer that sells through Amazon) then you can get the Kindle edition for $2.99. You just need to check your Kindle management page to see which orders are eligible. While I still don't want to read an entire book on Kindle I love being able to open up the John Gill 1809 books from time to time and read various parts of them. I also like the search feature, something you don't have in a regular book, the Index being for only key words. I use my PC to read the books and the tablet at work to just browse through them. The PC has a much larger screen and is easier to read. |
