Gentlemen,

It is both an honour and a pleasure to announce the promotion of the following officers, in recognition of their service to the Anglo-Allied Army and for the competence they have demonstrated in leading men into battle:

~ <b><u>Lucas Kling</u></b>, commanding Regiment Karabiniers No. 1, Brigade Zware Kavallerie, I Corps, to the rank of <font color="orange"><b>Kapitein</b></font id="orange">

~ <b><u>Maarten Roggeveen</u></b>, commanding Battaillon Jagers No. 27, 1e Brigade, I Corps, to the rank of <b><font color="orange">1e Luitenant</font id="orange"></b>

~ <b><u>William Davis</u></b>, commanding 1st/23rd Regiment of Foot, 4th British Brigade, II Corps, to the rank of <b><font color="orange">2nd Lieutenant</font id="orange"></b>


Furthermore, in recognition of his first victory over the French foe, I am proud to announce that the <b><font color="red">Military General Service Medal</font id="red"></b> has been awarded to:
