Gentlemen of all arms!

Be advised that General-Fildamrshal <font color="orange"><b>Eugene Gulyaev</b></font id="orange"> is assigned to command 4th cavalry corps. Polkovnik <font color="orange"><b>Alexandr Zaytsev</b></font id="orange"> is assigned to the position of Chief of Staff of the Russian Army.

It's my pleasure to thank Eugene for the several years long work of army web site maintenance.

Also I glad to congratulate Alexandr with this high appointment. It was him who created a new army website, organised complete officers dossiers (which is unique in the Club!). Also he played a vitap part in new awards system development. So this appointment is nothing but well deserved.

Helga! A round of drinks for these fine Gentlemen!
