Mine is on order. I expect that I will have it by Wednesday, given the usual HPS shipping efficiency.

I sent off an email to John Corbin to get the club forms updated to add in the game. For now we wont be able to submit New Game forms. I am sure that the form will be updated in a week or less (or more).

Guys - ok, eye candy time: here are four jump maps of the large maps included in the game.

Eagle - this map was assembled by Andy Burke using the old map editor from one of the campaign games and then converted to the HPS format. I purchased this map from him and then edited the map (map tags were too small) for various reasons. Its 254 x 254 and the selection box (red) is on Canterbury. Dover is in the southeast section of the map. Folkestone is in the south/southwest.

Image

Moravia - this map includes the Austerlitz battlefield and Brunn. Its 443 x 301 hexes in size. The selection window is on the Pratzen Heights.

Image

Piave-Pordenone - this map is a combination of the areas of Sacile-Pordenone and the Piave River area and regions to the north and northwest. Its 408 x 213 and the selection window is over Sacile. The map is not a combination of those found in Eckmuhl and Wagram but an all new map created by David Guegan and completed by myself. David did the more complicated section (western half) and had done up alot of the eastern section when work called him away. He had to work with scans of the paper map (and I also mailed him the paper topo maps too). It was a difficult project for him and much thanks for his hard work!

Image

Finally, the largest map in the game: Ulm Campaign. Its 822 x 560 hexes in size. The selection window is on Ulm. Augsburg is in the far right section of the map.

Hi Bill and others
Does anybody know if HPS still do a deal for club members if you order 5 games or more?

Yes, I believe that Rich Hamilton can work this out for you. So if you want to order 5 copies of Austerlitz with 4 others (or any combination of HPS games) you can still do this. You have to email him with all of the payment details and he then gets them sent out to you.

You then mail them out to the individuals that ordered the game. I believe that is how it works. Not sure if for extra bucks he will individually mail them for you.

Good info to know ...
