Dear All,

We hereby like to inform all armies that the gallant officer, mr Maarten Roggeveen, is now promoted to Kapitein. He is still commanding the 27th Jagers, 2nd Dutch Division.

Kapitein Roggeveen, congratulations. All officers, please pay your respect and offer him some drinks. Helga, the new Kapitein will pay the next rounds!
