Dear All,

Please welcome ensign Zafer Ejder which has left the barracks of the Academy today and is assigned to the famous 4th KGL line battalion.

Dear French army; be aware of this new officer, fresh from our educational institute! !

Helga, drinks are on Sir Zafers' costs this evening.
