Does anyone know a way around this problem with the Member Profile page:

There Was A Problem With Your Details

Your request was not sent due to the following error: 554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients 554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients 554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients


Every time I try to update my email address (in Firefox or IE) I get this. I can change my password or use my old (invalid) address and it works, but I cannot change to my new email. If I enter a dummy address it says

Your request was not sent due to the following error: SOCKET ERROR: Host not found


If I use my work address it seems to accept it but the new address isn't saved.

Does the email address you are trying to use actaully exist. Is there maybe a typo in the name?
