I am sure that you all will join me to congratulate Lieutenant YP Jacob who has recently graduated from L'Ecole Militaire following completion of his training.

Lieutenant Jacob has ben placed in command of the 6th Line Infantry Regiment - Herzog Wilhelm, 3rd Brigade of the 20th Bavarian Division, VI Corps.

I am sure that the shopkeepers will rue the day of your advancement, Lieutenant Jacob!
