Hi, If anyone could tell me what the first line of PDT file means? There is digit "2" in the first line of PDT. Also why there are two PDT files? For example in NRC for Borodino battle: Borodino.PDT Borodinob.pdt Thanks. Major Alexey Tartyshev Moscow Grenadiers Regiment 2nd Grenadier Division 8th Infantry Corps 2nd Army of the West (NWC) |

Alexey, read this one http://www.nwc.albom55.ru/file/pdt_01.shtml it containf full description of pdt files. As for the other question, apparently they are used in different scenarios or different variants. You can open all the scn files with notepad and see what pdt do they use.
![]()
Eyo Imperatorskogo Velichestva Leib-Kirassirskogo polku General-Adjutant Anton Valeryevich Kosyanenko Commander of the Second Army of the West
|

"read this one http://www.nwc.albom55.ru/file/pdt_01.shtml it containf full description of pdt files." There are some mistakes. In the description of extended line, this document states the second number is for cavalry in extended line. That is incorrect. The 900 is the minimum for infantry in 3 ranks to go into extended line. The 600 is the minimum for infantry in 2 ranks to go into extended line. (not for cavalry.) Hope this helps.
