Here are some things that have happened today to make life interesting: 1. John Corbin has resigned as Club President: Pee Wee Herman is now in office. 2. Napoleon has returned to rule France. All Europe beware! 3. Disney has promised to put out a Napoleonic battle film every year. Leonard Nimoy will play Napoleon, Joe Don Baker will play Blucher! They are looking for a Wellington and so far Arnold Schwarzenegger seems to fit their idea of the Iron Duke (and anyway he will be unemployed soon). 4. A new Napoleonic game will be out tomorrow from HPS. It will contain the rest of the wars and campaigns that we haven't covered yet. 5. Kevin Zucker is joining the club. 6. I beat Paco AND Tomasz recently in a game. (they were together on the same side) 7. Elvis was sighted in the Tavern. 8. The IRS changed the deadline for submitting your taxes ... to today! Yes, its retroactive. 9. Ernie Sands has agreed to be interviewed on Larry King Live. Its ok if he brings his Doberman. 10. Donald Trump will be at Tiller Con III. He says he enjoys the Panzer Campaigns series alot. If you can beat him he will give you a lifetime free room at Trump Towers! Colonel Bill Peters, 17th Dragoons, III Corps, French Army HPS Napoleonic Scenario Designer (Eckmuhl, Wagram, Jena-Auerstaedt, Austerlitz and ... more to come) Swiss-Swedish Army CinC, Musket and Cannon Game Club - Come over and see what we are all about! ![]() |

L'Emperor - Danny DeVito Wellington- David Schwimmer Blucher - Marlon Brando (before rehab!) Charles - Madonna Alexander - Orlando Bloom Ney - Mel Gibson (also before rehab!) Josephine - Cher Tallyrand - Rowan Atkinson (in the Black Adder style) All the battle scenes will be done in miniature by 100,000 chinese dwarfs, stray dogs as cavalry, fireworks for africa and CGI done exlusively in India. All battle scenes for all battles filmed at the same location and same time using different camera angles, done at a distance to maximise the scale and minimise detail). Directed by the divorcee who filmed the Hurt Locker! It promises to be an epicc on the scale of really really big things that go BooOOMMMmmmm! Yes I may have had a few chocolate eggs a little bit earlier than usual today [:D] Col Mike Ellwood Commander Officer 3rd Dragoon Division Reserve Cavalry |

!@#$%^&*() Orlando Bloom isn't big enough to fit in Alexander's slipper! Owen Wilson is about the right size and has that 'rabbit in the headlights' look about him that would seem right for big Alex! ![]() Podporuchik HarryInkski, Lithuanian Uhlans 14th Brigade, IV Cav Corps, 2nd Army of the West |
