If i want to registrate a new manouveur i get
"failed to update" what do i wrong and what has i to do?

I had a similar problem the first couple times. Here's the post describing my problem and what I was doing wrong, maybe it will help. Let's me put in the scenario, when I add the names and hit Apply it gives me a Failed to Update error. Don't know if it's me or the system. OK found out what I was doing wrong, seems you have to hit the Add button after selecting the names, wasn't doing that, worked ok. Captain Ken Miller V Corps 1st Division 1st Brigade 13eme Regiment d’Infanterie Legere
