Guys - I have posted a message above and its a Sticky too - I do not answer tech support questions directly. Please contact Rich Hamilton on all tech support issues for HPS games. Even if its about my work.
He then routes it to me if its something he thinks I should handle.
If your game will not launch or if a scenario will not open please contact Rich.
Now if you have a question on why I did something in a game that is another matter and you are welcome to email me about it.
But I will no longer be responding to direct emails concerning our games where it regards the game not opening. I will forward your message directly to Rich.
And that is if it doesn't get routed to my SPAM file first as email from folks I dont know often ends up there.
