I seem to be having a similar problem as General Morgan in gaining access to the Coalition Arms. I am not aware of any new posts there, but in exploring the new forum site, I thought I would give it a try.

Also, my signature looks a little odd to me. Some characters look bold, others not. The font should be consistent. Scott handled this one for me. Maybe it's just my eyes, or my computer. Do the letters look inconsistent to anyone else?

My signature was an old one referencing the disbanded Armee du Nord. Also had weird
characters such as the @ symbol.

Mark...I'll make some adjustments to the sizing and load it up again tomorrow, see if we can't get you looking a bit better.... :D

As for Andrew's case, I had the same thing. You need to re-enter in your signature w/all of the proper punctuations over the letters. It is best to copy and paste from a website or something.

I am still a little upset w/the 255 character limit of a signature. I lost vast portions of my signature because of this, things that are longstanding jokes that has built the character of "the Mad Prussian"..... :x

Thanks, Scott. I read your other post requesting additional characters. I particularly like "Der Windbaggenfuhrer" myself. They will just have to find some way to get you back in business. Once you honestly earn a title, you should be able to keep it.

Maybe try some abbreviations for some of this STUFF. Also, remove some that might be extraneous and add new items.

The good news is that the number of characters CAN BE INCREASED, by the ADMIN.

The BAD news is that the number of characters CAN BE INCREASED, by the ADMIN.

Oh, Ernie, now you've done it! The can of worms has been opened. The next question is do we have enough memory in the entire system to just store Scott's new signature. He is probably gleefully planning his new signature even now....

We may have to buy some new hard drives. :) :D

Unless there is a new password that no one mentioned to me (am I the one in every crowd?), it is not working for me either. It also looks like I need to do some tinkering with my siggie block.

Has anyone contacted Pierre about this?

Signatures would be nice but without knowing the password ( the old one doesn't work) I can't even enter Coalition Arms. Help!!!

Great idea John! I just sent an email to Pierre. From the way he fixed my password when I was having problems, he will probably have the doors to the Coalition Arms unlocked before I hit the Post Button.

Gents,
There was some confusion on this point, as the password did not carry over through the board change. Pierre had asked me what it was, but I couldn't remember (as the way the board worked, I didn't need the PW as I had mod access).

In any case, I think it is best that we get a new password, and I have communicated such to Pierre as well as the respective army commanders. They should be getting in touch with you soon. Feel free to PM me, though I imagine it will take Pierre some time to get my mail and get the new PW installed :)
