A beautiful picture of Bill Peter's joining the Prussian armed forces recently.
In the centre is Blucher and in pink on the right is General Ludwig

This really was a moving moment bringing many tears to the eyes of all present.

Scott, looks more like a Frenchie promotion ceremony to me. Isn't that Colin getting his Eau de Toilet from Murat?

Gentlemen you will note the black and grey uniforms as stated this is clearly a Prussian ceremony. Also the likeness between the yellow fellow and Bill is striking not to mention the clear love he obviously has for all things Prussian

 No I am afraid that is Bill's saxon uniform as he got a little confused about which Germanic mob he was joining

Saxons - rout at Breitenfeld, defect at Leipzig. Who can trust them. They need and deserve the nice guiding hand of the Fatherland to help them ...

Ahhh Jim you must be the quintessential Anglo Saxon then?

I certainly am aware of the firepower of your Strudel eaters especially those big battalions, (which I understand God favours). I recall 156 casualties from a volley in one of our games.

Have not seen you post for a while I trust you are well!

I am well. I just choose not to soil my dignity very often in these trite concersations amonsgt French commoners, second rate Germans, and English mercenaries...

Colin - we have yet to play a game together. Me thinks that we need to take this dispute out to the Austerlitz battlefield. Send me a courier if interested. Or run in the direction of Paris .... :P
