From Charlemagne to the present time,
France has always shown the way.

Now we see Europe engulfed in war. A war not of France’s making. The war is brought upon us by those who fear the greatness of France. Who fear the ideals France stands for. Ideals such as Liberty, equality and justice for all.

France does not want war but when war is thrust upon us, we fight and we fight to win.

Our army has the best leaders, the best soldiers and the best spirit.

Join France and help bring peace and liberty to all of Europe.

Hmmmmm.................Now all of you new recruits out there, please bear this one, simple fact in mind.................France lost. :shock:

If you really want to make a future for yourself, the Coalition is the only way to go! :P

Come on over to our table and I will buy you a drink! The Anglo-Allied Army is all about having fun while beating the tar out of these French Dandies! :twisted:

They said that we Lost which war are they talking about 1805 French won 1806 French won 1807 French won 1809 French won. 1812 French retreats 1813 draw 1814 lost 1815 lost. I see four wins 1 retreat 1 draw 2lost

Yes, shown the way to Moscow, Spain, you name it! Er, return ticket not guaranteed!

Fight for France, forage for your own food, you might as well join the Cossacks - at least that way you are guaranteed a pony to ride on! :mrgreen:

Wow, I have to admit that I have never seen the 1812 debacle for La Grande Armee referred to as a "Retreat" as opposed to a "Defeat". I find myself wondering what all of you fine, Russian officers think about this characterization.............

I also don't think I can come to grips with the battles of 1813 culminating in a "Draw". I find it a bit odd that the Coalition armies could have been invading France in 1814 if the French had fought them to a veritable stalemate in 1813.

Basically, the French caused trouble for a number of years, thier Emperor's insatiable avarice being the direct cause of hundreds of thousands of deaths, before they were decisively and permenantly defeated. In any case, the bottom line remains the same. The French lost.

All you new recruits out there, save yourself some hearthache and..........

Ok Join the British Army and be put in the front lines of India, West Indies, Southeast Asia, oh most I forget USA most I go on to all hirelings of the Shop keepers!

You see, even the fine French Colonel agrees, and I quote, "OK, join the British Army". :P :P :P

It did not take as long to bring the Minions of France to see the light as I had expected it would. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
