 Österreichische Imperiale Armee (Austrian Imperial Army) New Website Gents, The Austrian Armee has a new website. It is located at: http://scott-ludwig.com/NWC/Austria/ It is a Leipzig based order of battle for the army. It is being administrated as part of the Combined Austro-Prussian-Swedish Army. The Austrians are still looking for a commander to lead the army internally. Anyone interested should contact me: eric2900@aol.com It is a smaller force, but more effective and lethal! |

The great work! Bravo, Scott  Euer Exzellenz, Sir, I'm an admirer and fan of the good, old KUK Armee. The Napoleonic Wars epoch saw a lot of instances when officers of one army served as volunteers in ranks of another. Why we have to ignore this historically approved institution? I cannot leave my beloved Grenadiers, but I would like to offer my sharp sword and hard hand to our great ally as a volunteer. It would be a credit for me.  Lang Lebe RuBland! Lang Lebe Osterreich! Yes, that is a nice idea. Frankly that was what I was after when I offered to help get the Swedish army off to a good start. Anything we can do to help Scott - just call on us. Lets see this club move along guys. We are doing better over the last couple of years. Lets keep a good thing going ...

Yes, Scott, very excellent work, my friend!  And Marechal Bardon does make a good point as usual. The Austrian flag is white and proudly waved, but so also are their uniforms. I can only assume that is because they are the good guys! What do you say Field Marshall Pfluecke? Am I right? I think I already know General Ludwig's thoughts on the matter.

Well first off thanks Vladimir! You would do honor to the Coalition at large and soon you'll be able to earn Austrian honors as well. Bill, thanks! Though I have not ruled out you doing something for the Swedes yet! Jeff & Mark - yes, yes...still the tinker toy brigade and they needed a good home, so I gave them one!
