Post subject:  The BLACK Menace!
The doors of the Rhine Tavern flew open to reveal three menacing figures in black. Herr Peters and the two Leib Hussar commanders, Sekondlieutenant Michael Fredel of the 1. Leibhusaren-Regiment and Sekondlieutenant William Drakert of the 2. Leibhusaren-Regiment boldly walked into the room.

"Three lemonades, Helga!"

A silence fell over the room. Incredible awe and fear swept through the company assembled.

"Long live Prussia, long live the King!" they toasted.

The room was in mental disarray at the appearance of such a fearsome trio. Slowly one by one the "peacocks" of France filed out of the room wanting no part of this set of officers. In came a group of raucous Russians and their dancing bear.

"Ah, good comrades of the Prussian army! So good to see the French put in their place! Come, join us and our bear, Boris, for some refreshments!"

The group made a fearsome sight. As French officers would come to the doors and look in they would slink away in despair!

The 1st Reserve Kavallerie Brigade has arrived!! May all our enemies cower in fear and dread!

A fearsome force indeed all will shake in their boots! :D

The Prussian Army is growing, slowly but surely!

I can't speak too much to the two Bill's, great players, but having known Michael Fredel from the iNWC, you French will rune the day he joined Prussia and wish he had joined France! 8)

I love the new signature and image, Bill! Very nice. I also love the fact that you brought your two, young Leutnants with you. I hope, that unlike the Hanoverian officers that so often accompany me, they will participate more and more in person in the future. I hope they respond even now.

I'll tell you what I will do. You and I can be the Guinea Pigs of the Coalition. Let us have a cordial contest as to which of us can stir a spark of enthusiasm and participation in our men. Let’s see if we can bring them to the RT tables with us.

That goes for every Brigade Commander in our club. Come to the RT in person, and then work on getting your men to come as well. Play games together as a unit. Communicate with your men and build a bond of lasting friendship. Let’s make this club fun.

Bill Reeves, where are you? I know that you actively lead your men of the V Corps because I see them arrayed across the field from my beloved Hanoverians that I am leading.

Nice entrance, Bill. I would LOVE to see more of exactly that type of post in this club.

Hey, now there would be a good matchup. Herr Corbin vs. Herr Ludwig!

Sounds like a fun match guys.

Reminds me of when the "chiefs" of our offices during the NSA tourny would pitch the first few innings for our softball games.

Bill as an All Blacks fan Black is my second colour. I like it.

I think John forgets he beat me in a Wagram or Eckmuhl Campaign long ago. I had some bad moves in that game and then because of RL ended up surrendering in half the battles & the campaign itself. :D

So yes I am the Club's worst player... :shock:

Actually it is funny you ask but we do have the Rotes Kreuz Medaille 1. Klasse & 2. Klasse medals in the Prussian Armee for more than 10 defeats and more than 25 defeats....

I looked at your record btw John, we are both almost matched in victories, but I don't have that many defeats to my name, but I am working on it..... :mrgreen:
