Many months have passed , after a hard battle on a field in Russia , I was hit by a passing cannon ball. my horse went down hard. leaving me half dead on the field . the Army advanced on and after some time went out of sight.that night i was taken by some villigers back to there small town were i was looked after, not sure if they were helping me ,. One morning i got up and needed to get back the France , not knowing if we had won the War in Russia or not. so i started my long road back to my home land. ..

Hi All
Sorry i have not been around for some time , real life took me away from home to work. its been hard but i have now slowly got myself sorted and i am trying to get back into playing my games again....

I do wish to get back into playing and being apart of this fine club again. I know many things may have changed with army ranks .. I was a Marechal for a long time and command of a corps . I would be very happy to rejoin to any French Corps and be given any Rank you think i should have. My turn around will start of slow with any games i start maybe only 1 or 2 a week. but for those who know me. know that could speed up . as i used to play 5 to 6 a week.
anyway it will be great to get back to playing and being with you all again..
Hope everyone has had a great Christmas . and i wish you all a very happy new year .

X Marechal Beecham . X Res Cav , II Corps ,I Corps , Young Guard Commander ,

HI! Good to see you back, my freind!

We must cross swords once they determine how rank you are. ;-)

"that night i was taken by some villigers" - Dean

That does explain the small village near here filled with red haired children singing Irish ditties. :-)

Dean,

Always welcome. Good to see you back. And for the record, yes, we won the war in Russia, Pay no heed to those that would declare otherwise.

Regards,

Dean welcome back my friend, glad you have returned.

Marechal Bardon must be referring to usual string of propagandized communiques adn lies issued by the Tiny Ogre. Of course our Russian Allies evicted you from their homeland in shame and defeat and sent the French scurrying back across the Vistula (at least what was left of them).

I shall await you on the field as we have business to attend to.

Hi old pal! Good to have you back and in the saddle again. Don't forget to get your Leipzig game installed so I can tan your hide in a game!

So good to have you back and hope you will be able to STAY in country for work soon.

Sure appreciated your help on the game and your website work as well with the M&CGC.

Dean,

Send me an email requesting activation and you will be reactivated from Hotel des Invalides with your record as it stood when you were transferred to inactive status.

I believe that, since you still qualify for the Imperial Guard, your rank of Marechal is safe. Include any other topics or requests that you would care to discuss.

Good to hear from you. I will be happy to see you once more included in the ranks of La Grande Armee.

Chuck

Marechal Beecham,

Welcome back to La Grande Armee. You are, by my order, assigned to command of 2eme Regiment de Carabiniers a Cheval of 1st Brigade of 1st Heavy Cavalry Division of Cavalry Reserve.

Your 31 Victory points still qualifies you for membership in the Imperial Guard. Imperial Guard Commandant, Marechal Bill Peterson will be assigning you to a Guard command. Your qualification for the Imperial Guard entitles you to maintain your former rank of Marechal d’Empire.

Bon Chance on the battlefield. Watch out for those Prussian snipers.
