Why spend all of that time coming up with new OBs - changing the command values for the leaders?
Just pile them all in one hex at the beginning of the game out of command range of the brigade leader. Most brigade leaders are a 2. Some are a 3.
This means that 1/3 of the time the leader will pass his test and the unit has a 1/6 chance of undisordering. If the leader passes the chance raises to 1/3. If not then stays at 1/6.
A lot less work. Just move the leaders away and do not use them for melees or to increase morale (which you guys do not want anyway!).
