Welcome to Anglo Allied Army and our excellent Spanish Brigade Ensign. I am surprised you were not mugged... er.. ah.. recruited into the Hanoverian Brigade. I here their commander cruises the taverns with a press gang... erm I mean some highly decorated Hanoverian troopers looking for the best recruits.

Hmmm....It would seem that Field Marshall Blackburn has grown wise to our tactics. Fortunately, we have recently revised them so we will not prove so utterly predictable. In the future, we will readily allow these new cadets to safely pass on to their parent brigade. We will constantly monitor their progress and success as they prove themselves in battle. If we find some to be truly talented, we will then mug their commanding officer, spray copious amounts of perfume around the scene along with the crumbs of a few, fresh croissants, and abscond with our newest officer before ever being detected.
