I need as much player data that I can get for the upcoming Leipzig update. If you have finished a game of Leipzig please send me your game files. Include passwords for both sides please. (you can send them separately if you like - and no I have no interest in your password - am over 50 and probably would forget them ...) The more I can correct the better. Not sure when I would be able to get another update out guys. John is VERY busy and hey, its your game - help make it the best you can. Please do the same for Austerlitz. I would like to get an update out for that game as well ASAP. You can email me at: wmp3662 (the usual sign) gmail.com |

Bill, just to make sure I understand, you want the final BTE file from any scenario played in the HPS Leipzig title and both passwords if possible? Is that correct? OK, I will volunteer to help Bill out with these. Please send all French passwords to my email address. I will store them in a safe place and freely pass them out to......um, I mean stalwartly guard them from all Coalition officers in the club. The only caveat is that you agree to use the very same password for all of your future games so as to avoid any unnecessary confusion when your Coalition opponents attempt to access your.......er, to perpetually safeguard your passwords in perpetuity. ![]() ![]() ![]() Just kidding of course guys. Please don't send me any passwords. Far too much responsibilty there, but my question for Bill above is legitimate. |

Gentlemen officers of the Allied Coalition: In regards to post above by the Colonel from Hanover, General Savary, head of Military Operational Planning Directorate of La Grande Armee will accept all Coalition officer passwords for code breaking, I mean safe keeping... ![]() In same line of thought as above, just kidding! ![]() |

Lt. Schmidgall, what a fine offer you make. I will take that under advisement for my Hanoverians. After all, General Savary, well handled the orders between Lt. Peccolo and myself in Saxony. |

Yes, I mean what I say and say what I mean! ![]() I want ALL game files for Leipzig scenarios. I can pretty much tell if a player screwed up by the end game status. I can look at the setup and if it is even and one side crushed the other then I know if he botched the play. If the winning player did not earn a Major Victory from that then something is wrong with my design. Also if ammo ran out I would like to know what TURN it happened if you can remember to note that when you play. That REALLY will help all of us. Some guys are not involving their artillery much and I know why: the game engine is rewarding the aggressor too often and they just park it somewhere. But for those of you that are trying to be careful with your artillery setup but run out of ammo I want to know about that. Obviously I am not going to be stealing any tips from the end game file. Just want to know how I can correct the scenario if in fact something is wrong. And yes, if you play a campaign send me the .cpf file before each battle it ends. For campaigns I will keep a spreadsheet of the campaign and track the progress as you move on to other battles. If you do not want to participate .... well that is great ... just do not bother Rich Hamilton with messages like "Why are the scenarios unbalanced?" It is impossible for my team and I to playtest 550 scenarios. We did our best but we only had a finite amount of time to work with. Er, 2+ years just was not enough time to playtest 1.5 games (the Bautzen and Lutzen scenarios being for a later title). |

ANY scenario from Leipzig. And I prefer BOTH players passwords if possible. Or the other player could just tell you their ammo level. That works too. If it is the last turn to be played I can easily advance the file and just see all of the detail that way. |
