Post subject:  Help with Leipzig Game loading

Trying to have a club game with a fellow club member, were trying to start the Leipzig campaign, but when we both do our campaign choices and i open the file for the first turn, i get an error on the replay, then when I reload the game I can see everything (no Fog of war) Are we doing something wrong on the sequence of files or what? Tried twice and no go. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you both have the same version. I think 1.02 is the latest.

Ken,

Check the archives here. For some reason, I'm recalling a thread along the same lines, and I think it had a good ending. Maybe two months ago? Good luck.

I've run into the same problem with the Fog of War. Sent a message to JTS support but haven't heard anything back. If you've got a file I suggest you send it to them also.

Yes, I've tried to set up a multiplayer in .cpf mode then convert to .bte and have hit the same problems. I've tried locating and opening the appropriate campaign file as a .bte and again no joy. It opens, saves, then reopens with no FoW and error with replay file. Oddly, everything works well in version 1.0 so it's something to do with the update.

There are a number of stock scenarios in Leipzig that also do this. And the same with 1814.
