Does anyone know if the patch to Echmuhl in 2010 lowered the high morales of the various units on both sides. I seem to recall Bill said it was going to do that but I can't see it in the .txt file that describes the alts. I actually want to play a game with the higher morales for both sides so wondered about whether I should patch it or not. |

Eck 113 patch does reduce the unit qualities even though this isn't stated. This is also the case with the latest Wagram patch. |
